Where an order can be sent, what is included in the price, and what happens if a parcel never arrives. It is written plainly because you should be able to read it without a lawyer. Read it with the Terms of Sale and the returns, exchanges and refunds page — the three are one set and carry one version number.
We accept orders to the destinations listed below and to no others. If your country is not on the list, the order form will not take it, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight.
Shipping is charged separately from the product price. Shipping is quoted at order confirmation — the rate follows the destination and the number of units, and the figure is confirmed on your order before any payment is taken.
There is no shipping table on this page. We would rather leave the line blank than print a figure we cannot stand behind, so until the rate for your order is quoted, the order total is shown as not yet quoted rather than as a number.
We do not state transit times here and we do not name a courier, because the arrangement for sold orders is not settled. When it is settled, this page is where it will be said.
Orders ship DDP — delivered duty paid. Duties and taxes included — no additional charges on delivery.
Nothing should be asked of you at the door. If a courier does present you with a duty or tax charge on an order from us, tell us before you pay it and send us what they gave you. That one is ours to sort out, not yours.
MELANOIR BLACK is made in the Republic of Korea. Tattoo and permanent-makeup inks are regulated there as hygiene products under the Hygiene Products Control Act. It is not registered or officially distributed in your country. Ordering it means importing it on your own initiative, and you should see that decision clearly before you make it.
Your parcel may be delayed, inspected, returned or seized by customs, and in some cases it may never arrive. Melanoir cannot influence or predict the decisions of customs authorities. We will not tell you that a route is likely to clear, because we do not know that and neither does anyone else.
Confirming whether this product may be imported and used where you are, and any professional or licensing requirements that apply to your work, is your responsibility. Melanoir does not give legal or regulatory advice.
One more thing, so it is said plainly: we declare shipments as what they are, at their actual value. We will not mis-declare a parcel to help it through customs — for your sake and for ours.
If your parcel is seized or returned and cannot be delivered, we will refund the product price once the outcome is confirmed. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not re-ship seized orders.
This wording forms part of the Terms of Sale you accept when you place an order, and we record which version of it you accepted, with the time you did.
